Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a proactive Compliance Coordinator to coordinate and monitor Fire Risk Assessment actions across the business, triaging historic and new FRA actions, allocating them to the appropriate teams, and progressing them to completion.

You will work with key stakeholders to track performance, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on progress to support compliance and risk management objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and tracking compliance-related actions, ideally within housing, property management, facilities, or building safety environments.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate compliance records.
• Ability to track progress, identify overdue actions and proactively follow up to ensure completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving outstanding actions.
