Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Compliance Co-ordinator for its Homes Division to support fire safety and building compliance programmes. The role focuses on coordinating FRA actions, maintaining records, and monitoring deadlines while ensuring a robust audit trail across the lifecycle of compliance activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in housing or fire safety compliance, strong organisational skills, and the ability to deliver accurate reports and performance data.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating compliance programmes within housing, fire safety or building safety.
• Proven experience managing Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions and compliance records.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience producing compliance reports and performance data with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Upload Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and actions onto compliance management systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Allocate FRA actions to appropriate teams and monitor progress through to completion.
• Track completion dates and monitor compliance performance to prevent overdue or high-risk actions.
• Review, validate and quality assure evidence and documentation to ensure compliance before action closure.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation and audit trails for all fire safety activities.
• Produce compliance reports, statistics and performance information for management reporting.
• Support compliance audits with accurate records and evidence.
• Coordinate fire safety compliance programmes, including FRA documentation, packs and fire door inspection programmes.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.
• Administer compliance databases and housing management systems, including urgent investigations when necessary.
