A growing fire and security organization seeks an experienced Fire Risk & Technical Manager to lead its division. This role involves managing and expanding a team, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in Fire Risk Assessments and experience in team leadership. A growing fire and security organisation is looking for an experienced Fire Risk & Technical Manager to lead and expand their Fire Risk & Technical division.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of an already established business unit and develop it into a standalone consultancy offering. You'll inherit an existing team, manage specialist contractors, and play a key role in shaping the structure, processes and long-term direction of the division.
You will lead a team currently made up of Fire Door & Fire Stopping Surveyors and a Scheduler (4 reports), growing this to 8-10 people over the next 12-18 months.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director while also receiving a full handover and ongoing support from the existing division head.
