Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.

FRA Technical Manager

Location - UK Wide (Home based with travel)

NEO Property Solutions & PTSG Fire Protection Division are expanding and with a newlyestablished FRA department. To support the development of this function and assist the department General Manager we are seeking an experienced FRA Professional with management capabilitiesto join Neo Property Solutions as an FRA Technical Manager.

Role Overview

As an FRA Technical Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuringfire risk assessments are delivered and our customer expectations are met,ensuring technical compliance across a diverse range of residential and commercial properties. You will collaborate with assessors and internal stakeholdersto maintain high standards in fire safety, executing works within commercial, schools, healthcare establishments, social housing, and more.

As a new department very much in it's infancy you will play a significant role in the departments success and evolution

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain FRA Templates (FRA E&W, FRA Scotland, Housing and Pre-Occupancy reports)
• Build the accreditation matrix, ensuing all Assessors have essential certificates.
• Conduct comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) across various sites ensuring adherence to current legislation.
• Conduct field assessments with your team of Assessors to monitor performance and ensure best practice and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of fire safety professionals ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulation ensuring best practices are followed.

Skills and Qualifications

• IFE or IFSM - Essential
• Minimum of Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment or relevant qualification (Advantageous)
• Proven experience in fire risk assessment and safety management within occupied premises
• Comprehensive knowledge of SP205 requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Salary up to £50k
