FRA Technical Manager

Location - UK Wide (Home based with travel)

Salary - Up to £50k + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

Neo Property Solutions & PTSG Fire Protection Division are expanding their FRA department. We are seeking an experienced FRA professional with management skills to support the department's development as an FRA Technical Manager.

Role Overview

As an FRA Technical Manager, you will ensure fire risk assessments are accurately delivered, meet customer expectations, and comply with regulations. You will work with assessors and stakeholders to uphold high fire safety standards across various property types and play a key role in the department's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update FRA templates (FRA E&W, FRA Scotland, Housing, Pre-Occupancy reports)
• Develop the accreditation matrix, ensuring assessors hold necessary certificates
• Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments across sites, ensuring legislative compliance
• Perform field assessments with your team to monitor performance and quality
• Lead and mentor fire safety professionals to deliver excellent service
• Stay informed about fire safety legislation and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• IFE or IFSM certification - Essential
• Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment or relevant qualification (advantageous)
• Experience in fire risk assessment and safety management in occupied premises
• Knowledge of SP205 requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Full UK driving license is essential
• Salary up to £50k
