DNA Payments Group is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to support our corporate sales & partnerships teams, providing technical consultancy and project-based integration across our payment solutions. You will work remotely with some on-site as needed, document processes, manage deployments, and pilot new products with merchants to ensure a great customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Support Corporate Sales in all technical matters during the sales process.
• Provide consultancy and integration support to external parties using Jira/Confluence.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.
• Configure and assist with deployment of corporate merchant & partner solutions (mainly remote; on-site as needed).
• Manage medium-to-large scale rollouts of terminal and ecommerce solutions.
• Oversee technical updates and enhancements for the corporate estate.
• Pilot new products with live merchants and partners to ensure a positive experience.
• Serve as a technical escalation point across the business.
