Job summary

NMI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineering team in a remote UK role. You will bridge Sales, Product and Engineering to qualify needs, scope tailored solutions, and guide onboarding, delivering strong partner and merchant experiences.

This is a remote role based in the UK with a focus on technical enablement, solution demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Channel Account Managers to assess and qualify customer requirements.
• Recommend tailored solutions and evaluate feasibility of customer requests that need development work.
• Document customer use cases, solution designs, and onboarding plans for alignment across teams.
• Respond to technical questions with architecture diagrams, workflows, and configuration recommendations.
• Support Sales by responding to RFPs and raising product enhancement requests.
