Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Finnish-speaking Operations Coordinator to join our London team. You’ll be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals—ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service experience preferred (contact centre or similar).
• High level of organisation and critical thinking.
• Interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security.

Responsibilities

• Support members with healthcare and security queries.
• Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
• Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
