Job summary

International SOS in London is seeking a Finnish-speaking Operations Coordinator to be the vital link between our members and a global network of doctors, nurses and security professionals. You will support members with healthcare and security queries, coordinate medical appointments, and help manage policy claims, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish plus excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in other Nordic languages such as Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish is a plus.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Education to A-Level or Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.

We’re looking for a Finnish speaking Operations Coordinator to join our London team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals—ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

• Salary: £29,000 per annum
• Location: Croydon
• Working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 – 4.30pm

Requirements

• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.

• Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.

• Education to A-Level or Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
