Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and excellent English, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service and contact centre roles is a plus.
• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; data protection awareness.
• Education to A-Level or higher; interest in healthcare or security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support members with healthcare and security queries.
• Coordinate medical appointments and manage policy claims.
• Communicate logistics worldwide with the global network.
