Job summary

International SOS in London is seeking a Swedish-speaking Operations Coordinator to join our team in Croydon. You will be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals—ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
• Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.
• Education to A-Level or Degree level, with interest in healthcare or international security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support members with healthcare and security queries.
• Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
• Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
