Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Danish-speaking Operations Coordinator to join our London team. You’ll be the vital link between our members and our global network of doctors, nurses, and security professionals—ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Location: Croydon.

Salary: £29,000 per annum. Working hours are Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30. Fluency in Danish and English is required; additional Nordic languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Danish language fluency and excellent written and spoken English are required.
• Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is a plus.
• Education to A-Level or Degree level is preferred.
• Strong organisational and critical thinking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support members with healthcare and security queries.
• Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
• Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
