Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment has a Great Chef de Partie role with a Luxury Hotel in Stamford. Live-in accommodation is available, and you will join an AA Rosette level kitchen delivering fine dining quality for the restaurant and private functions.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work with junior chefs, prepare and plate dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, and have clear opportunities for career progression within a high-standard hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in AA Rosette level fresh food hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Good attention to detail.
• Steady career history with progression intent.
