As part of a close-knit, high-performing team, you will lead a section, maintain impeccable hygiene, and mentor junior chefs while contributing to a positive kitchen culture and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality‑led kitchen environment.
• Passionate about delivering culinary excellence and attention to detail.
• Well‑organised, calm under pressure, capable of leading a section.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Prepare and serve dishes to fine‑dining standards in line with menu and service times.
• Support and collaborate with the Head and Sous Chefs on daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control.
• Mentor junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
