Stafffinders is recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury hotel kitchen in the Scottish Borders. The role offers live-in accommodation and a chance to work within a talented kitchen brigade in a 4/5-star setting.

You will lead a section, contribute to menu development, and maintain top standards of hygiene and presentation. A strong track record in luxury hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a fast-moving, quality-driven culinary environment.
• Over 3 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry is essential.
• Passion for food and high standards for guests.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section and deliver high-quality dishes each service.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish ideas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Work with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Ensure consistency in quality, preparation and presentation of every dish.
