Skipton Building Society is hiring a Financial Consultant in Settle to support branch customers. The role covers face-to-face, virtual and call-centre interactions, with My Review appointments guiding customers toward suitable products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience developing relationships with customers.
• Experience in Financial Services is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills and active listening.
• Ability to coach and support colleagues to drive performance.
• Strong time management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 'My Review' appointments with customers in branch to discuss financial goals.
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to build relationships and generate opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to promote financial review appointments and services.
• Support the Branch Manager with coaching and development of colleagues.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and ensure compliance.
