What is the purpose of the role?

The job holder is responsible for providing efficient, comprehensive compliance support to various regions within Just Mortgages.

The role involves delivering key compliance activities to mitigate risks, ensure customer outcomes, and meet regulatory requirements.

Main responsibilities include:

• Delivering an internal audit programme to ensure compliance and customer outcomes
• Conducting ad hoc audits for specific risk areas
• Managing annual competency assessments to meet standards
• Overseeing sales quality and providing support and coaching
• Attending team meetings for updates and training
• Reporting to senior management with regular reports and KPIs
• Providing cover for team supervisors when needed
• Offering proactive compliance support and coaching

Essential skills and competencies:

• Full CeMap qualification or equivalent
• Experience in fraud investigation (desirable)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• IT literacy in Excel, Word, and FS systems
