Job summary

Optimise Talent Limited in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Sales Advisor to join a class-leading financial services business. The role offers a base salary around £25,000 plus a monthly bonus, with a total package up to £30,000.

You will be based in the Manchester office as part of a small but skilled team, delivering high-quality customer service and sales support. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am–5:30pm and Friday 10am–4pm, with no weekends and a slightly shorter Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telephone-based customer service or sales is preferred.
• Other customer service and sales experience will be considered.

• Handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products while delivering best outcomes for the customer.

You will be based in the Manchester office and part of a small but highly skilled team of Sales Advisors. This is a financial services business so upholding the highest standards is imperative; whilst you will be having customer service and sales conversations you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

On a daily basis you will handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.

Previous experience in telephone-based Customer Service or Sales role is preferred, however, other Customer service and Sales experience will be considered
