Job summary

Atomos Investments Limited is seeking a Financial Planning Business Analyst to support business-led change across our financial planning and wealth management activities. You will bridge planners, advisers, paraplanners, operations and technology to ensure practical, effective change that delivers positive client outcomes.

Drawing on your financial planning background, you will analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities and help design future ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience within a UK regulated financial planning, wealth management or IFA environment.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end advice process and client outcomes.
• Proven ability to contribute to business change, process improvement or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyse end-to-end financial planning and advice processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear documentation, process maps and user stories.
• Support the design and implementation of improved operating models and controls.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to drive practical solutions.
• Assess the impact of change on colleagues, clients, compliance and operations.
• Support business readiness through training, communications and adoption activities.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure solutions are fit for purpose in a regulated environment.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, simplification and automation across the financial planning journey.
• Collaborate with change and project teams to provide business insight.
