Job summary

Atomos Investments Limited in Fareham is seeking a highly organized Client Administrator to support our Financial Planners by managing the administrative foundations of high-quality financial advice. You will enable planners to focus on client relationships and strategic guidance.

You will work in a busy hub with direct exposure to our planners, handling client reviews, CRM data, meeting packs, and post-meeting actions to ensure SLAs are met and service is exceptional.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a Financial Planning administrator role.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Highly organised with proactive mindset and ability to anticipate adviser and client needs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication for client queries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client reviews are supported by suitability reports and chased/escalated as needed.
• Maintain the CRM (Xplan) with accurate, up-to-date data.
• Keep client files organised and audit-ready.
• Support Financial Planners with scheduling annual reviews and meeting packs.
• Manage client segmentation and service levels; complete post-meeting actions within SLAs.
