Job summary

ATOMOS WEALTH is seeking a highly organised Financial Planning administrator to support our Financial Planners and clients. You will manage the administrative foundations of high-quality financial advice, ensuring reviews, data integrity, and timely delivery.

This role offers exposure to planners, growth opportunities, and a busy, friendly office environment in Manchester. You will work with CRM (Xplan), schedule annual reviews, and handle client queries with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a Financial Planning administrator role.
• Knowledge of financial products: pensions, investments and protection.
• Highly organised, with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate adviser and client needs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to handle client queries professionally.
• Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and using technology to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client reviews are supported by suitability reports, delivered on time, and proactively chase/escalate any outstanding cases.
• Maintain the CRM (Xplan), ensuring all client data is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
• Keep client files organised, regularly updated, and audit-ready.
• Support Financial Planners with scheduling annual reviews, preparing meeting packs, and managing client segmentation and service levels.
• Build strong relationships with Financial Planners and clients, ensuring all post-meeting actions are completed within agreed SLAs.
