Job summary

Atomos Investments Limited is seeking a Central Operations Manager for Financial Planning. You will lead back-office operations, embedding SOPs and quality frameworks, and manage two Team Leaders in South Africa. The role focuses on scalable, compliant processes and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will work across UK and SA teams to drive continuous improvement, risk controls, and efficient delivery of client services within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Planning operations experience with back-office focus.
• Experience embedding standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experience implementing quality checking frameworks.
• Proven track record of improving service delivery and efficiency.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams or offshore teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use performance data to drive improvements.
• Experience delivering process improvement and regulatory risk control.
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty and financial services regulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Financial Planning back-office activities.
• Ensure work meets service standards and is accurate.
• Remotely coach two Team Leaders in South Africa.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Develop SOPs and scalable processes for growth.
• Design scalable processes for changing volumes.
• Allocate back-office tasks effectively.
• Enhance quality checking frameworks and outcomes.
• Monitor data to improve service and efficiency.
• Support regulatory requirements and risk controls.
• Collaborate with UK and SA stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead operational improvement and change initiatives.
