Job summary

Atomos Investments Limited is seeking a practical and organized Financial Planning Administrator to support our Financial Planners by managing the administrative foundations of high-quality financial advice. You will work in a fast-paced office with direct exposure to our planners in Bristol or Manchester.

This role enables planners to focus on client relationships and strategic advice, while you ensure all client administration and processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Financial Planning administrator role.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Highly organised with proactive mindset and ability to anticipate adviser/client needs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication; able to handle client queries professionally.
• Comfortable with cloud-based systems and using technology (including AI tools) to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client reviews are supported by suitability reports, delivered on time, and chase/escalate outstanding cases.
• Maintain the CRM (Xplan) with accurate, up-to-date client data and audit-ready files.
• Keep client files organised and up-to-date.
• Support Financial Planners with scheduling annual reviews, preparing meeting packs, and managing client segmentation and service levels.
• Build strong relationships with Financial Planners and clients and ensure post-meeting actions meet SLAs.
