Atomoswealth is seeking a qualified Paraplanner who thrives on solving complex financial planning challenges and making a meaningful impact on client outcomes.

You will support advisers through detailed research, technical analysis and clear, compliant suitability reports, working with Financial Planners as a key technical partner.

This role offers development support and a valued contribution, with opportunities to advance towards Chartered status.

Qualifications

• Paraplanning or technical financial planning experience in wealth management or advisory environments.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII, CISI or LIBF) or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, long-term care and inheritance tax planning.
• Experience producing high-quality suitability reports, research and technical analysis to support client recommendations.
• Confident using cashflow modelling to support financial planning strategies.
• Experience supporting Financial Planners with complex client cases, including gathering and presenting technical information.
• Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• High standard of written communication producing clear, client-friendly documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, high-quality suitability reports within SLA.
• Conduct detailed research across pensions, investments, protection and related products.
• Apply technical knowledge to help Financial Planners develop planning strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with Financial Planners through regular communication.
• Support advisers by delivering sophisticated financial planning solutions and acting as a technical sounding board.
