We are hiring a Financial Operations Controller to join our London-based team full-time.

This role is responsible for overseeing financial systems and reporting across our hospitality and entertainment venues, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and clear data flow across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly P&L reporting and maintain live dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Manage credit control and resolve unpaid bills across venues
• Ensure integration and clean data flow between Xero, TOAST POS, SevenRooms, and Peckish
• Support the wider finance and operations team with day-to-day insights and reconciliations

Key Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Xero (essential)
• Strong experience with credit control and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of TOAST POS, SevenRooms, and stock control systems like Peckish
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Must be available for a full-time, on-site role in London
