Hireful Ltd in the UK is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to take charge of core finance operations. Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll challenge old ways, streamline workflows, and build robust controls in a growing B2B service business.

This hybrid role involves three office days across Guildford, with a requirement for ACA/ACCA/CIMA and experience leading a finance team, managing cash flow, and month-end close. Salary £75,000 plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with hands-on financial control experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Strong drive to challenge outdated processes and improve efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own the month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, and statutory reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and multi-entity reconciliations.
