Four Squared Recruitment is assisting an established engineering and manufacturing business in Worcester to find a Financial Controller. The role partners with the Finance Director to lead the finance function and influence strategic decisions.

You will manage a capable team, oversee UK and international operations, and benefit from hybrid working arrangements to balance operations with strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with leadership experience in finance.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering sector preferred.
• Proven ability to drive strategic decision-making.
