Job summary

Lord Search & Selection Ltd is seeking a Financial Controller to be based at its Worcestershire headquarters. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a small team and oversee robust financial controls and high-quality reporting as the business grows.

You will manage monthly management accounts, balance sheet, cash-flow, budgeting/forecasting and VAT, providing analysis to support strategic decisions and future direction of the finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant
• Experience in financial reporting and FP&A
• Experience leading a small finance team
