I am thrilled to be exclusively partnered with Eminox Group, part of Hexadex Limited as they are offer you an unique opportunity to join them as their Financial Controller. This is a newly created position designed to support the next chapter of international growth. Operating across the UK, Europe, North America the group comprises Eminox Ltd, Ceramex Ltd, and SaveGuard, each company playing a vital role in delivering sustainable engineering solutions worldwide.

This strategic role is based in Gainsborough and is ideal for a commercially-minded finance professional looking to drive performance, lead with insight, and influence decision-making at a senior level.

As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Finance Director and play a key role in business planning, performance monitoring, and strategic financial support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting across the Eminox Group
• Leading cash flow forecasting and delivering consolidated reports with strategic recommendations
• Developing and embedding consistent KPI metrics across all business units
• Providing key insights to support the annual budget cycle and strategic planning
• Enhancing governance and internal financial controls across global operations
• Supporting project appraisal, bid management, and major investment analysis
• Supporting the potential transition to a new ERP system

Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or ACMA) with a strong foundation in manufacturing and a proven ability to influence performance at a strategic level. As part of your journey, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams across the UK, USA, and Slovakia — travelling every 6–8 weeks to build relationships, understand operations first-hand, and shape the financial future of an international, employee-owned group. It is a role that offers real influence, global exposure, and long-term progression for the right individual.
