Job summary

Skipton Building Society in Sheffield is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant for a permanent role, 36 hours per week across branch opening hours. You will engage with customers to assess needs, explain savings products and services, and conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually or by phone.

You will build relationships, listen to customers27 goals, and help identify suitable products while delivering friendly, first-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers.
• Bank or building society experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Act as first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm and helpfulness.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers to discuss their needs and financial goals.
• Educate customers on savings products and services and available channels.
