Aldwych Consulting Ltd in South Bristol is seeking a Financial Administrator to own the financial administration of a busy contract. You will support the Commercial Manager with purchasing, supplier payments, financial reporting and contract administration.
You’ll handle several priorities, communicate effectively with colleagues and subcontractors, and ensure records are accurate and tasks are completed on time. Experience with Oracle or CAFM systems is a plus.

We're recruiting a Commercial Administrator to support the Commercial Manager with purchasing, supplier payments, financial reporting and the administration of works. You'll work with colleagues and subcontractors to resolve queries, keep records accurate and make sure tasks are followed through to completion.
You’ll have experience in an administrative role involving finance or commercial processes, strong organisational skills and confidence using Excel. You’ll be comfortable handling several priorities, communicating with different people and taking responsibility for getting things done.
Experience with Oracle, CAFM systems or facilities management would be useful.
This role would suit someone who likes variety, pays attention to detail and wants to play an important part in the commercial running of a building services contract.
