Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large finance team to meet SLAs and delivery targets
• Act as SME and resolve complex queries with escalation processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to improve service delivery
• Review processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Check and approve online banking and BACS payments
• Provide training and update desk notes within own area of expertise
• Support audit queries and fieldwork where required
