Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to drive transformation initiatives across a Finance Shared Services function in the UK. You will lead change strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, and support process standardisation across core finance processes.

The role requires delivering complex change programmes within Finance Transformation environments and ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or Workday.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Change Manager.
• Proven track record delivering Finance Shared Services improvement programmes.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, reporting).
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics/Workday).
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement at all levels.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and process standardisation.
• Drive user adoption through communications, training, and readiness activities.
• Collaborate with programme managers, finance leaders, and IT teams to deliver change objectives.
