Job summary

UK Shared Business Services Ltd is recruiting a Finance Manager to lead Corporate Finance, delivering financial insight, planning, reporting and governance across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders, drive transformation and strengthen financial controls while developing the finance team.

You will deputise for the Head of Finance as needed and contribute to strategic decision-making and data-driven improvements, including automation and Oracle-based tooling.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in senior financial management and finance business partnering.
• Experience in reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insight and constructive challenge to senior leaders.
• Lead the finance business partnering team and support statutory reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop robust management information for executive reporting.
