Job summary

NHS Shared Business Services in Leeds is recruiting a Business Change Manager to lead change initiatives across finance and accounting services, ensuring readiness and adoption while delivering benefits with minimal disruption.

You will partner with project teams and leaders to embed new ways of working, assess impacts across people, process and technology, and design targeted interventions to maximise uptake.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in managing organisational change within large or complex environments.
• Ability to assess impacts across people, process, technology and governance.
• Experience conducting business readiness assessments and developing readiness plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience embedding change activities into project delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximise adoption.
• Support onboarding and transition activities with readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Assess change impacts and develop targeted interventions for informed decisions.
• Integrate change activities into project delivery plans with project managers.
• Oversee training needs analysis and coordinate trainings for new services and processes.
• Support benefits realisation planning and track outcomes.
