Job summary

Harvey Nash Group seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead IT and business change initiatives across the organisation. This hybrid Birmingham role focuses on shaping, mobilising and delivering change that improves services and outcomes for tenants, with three days in the office.

You'll drive complex change, build structured delivery, coach multidisciplinary teams and partner with senior leaders to ensure benefits are realised and change is embedded across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex change and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive momentum across priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong understanding of business cases, benefits, financial management, risk and governance.
• Experience coaching multidisciplinary teams.
• Recognised project, programme or change management qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with directors and sponsors to shape change initiatives and translate ideas into deliverable programmes.
• Lead mobilisation and delivery with sponsorship, ownership, resources, governance and delivery capability.
• Oversee delivery performance across scope, time, cost, quality, resources, risks and benefits.
• Personally lead selected complex projects or programmes requiring hands-on delivery.
• Line manage and develop a multidisciplinary delivery team.
• Collaborate with portfolio, finance and functional teams to manage investment and risks.
• Champion effective business change and ensure sustained adoption.
