Job summary

Hiscox in London seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working within Finance Transformation. You will drive change delivery and ensure readiness and sustained benefits across multiple workstreams.

You will collaborate with the Change Lead, Communications Lead and project teams to develop engagement strategies, assess impacts and deliver training plans, ensuring stakeholders stay informed, engaged and equipped to adopt changes effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change management within large transformation programmes.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Clear, confident communication translating complex information.
• Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans, readiness and adoption plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage change activities across Finance Transformation initiatives of varying complexity and risk.
• Stakeholder mapping and persona development to reflect needs and impact.
• Change impact assessment with project teams and business stakeholders.
• Support communications planning to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Stakeholder engagement with Finance leaders, SMEs and programme stakeholders.
• Training needs analysis and contribution to training plans for affected teams.
• Develop, monitor and report readiness and adoption activities, managing risks and dependencies.
• Provide clear insights and practical actions to support decision-making.
• Introduce external best practice through change communities and networks.
