Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an Operations Controller – Finance at Gatwick with hybrid working (2-3 days in the office). The role leads the monthly accounting cycle for Operations, with cost management, forecasting and business partnering across Supply Chain and Quality teams.

• CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification is required.
• Strong planning, forecasting and performance management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly accounting cycle for Operations and manage cost control.
• Coordinate period-end activities, actuals and forecasts with timely delivery.
• Analyze variances, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to optimise operations and strengthen cash flow.
• Provide financial support to Lean and improvement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders on cross-functional projects with insightful analysis.
• Develop and monitor capital investment plans and post-investment reviews.
• Evaluate financial impact of sourcing and operational changes.
