Nestlé Nespresso SA in the UK is seeking an Operations Controller to lead the finance partnership for our Operations function. The role offers hybrid working 2–3 days in the office near Gatwick, with a fixed-term contract ending December 2027 and a salary of £50,000-£55,000 per year plus bonus potential.
You will oversee monthly accounting for Operations, collaborate across Supply Chain and QA, and drive cost management and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

We're looking for an Operations Controller to join our UK&I team. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role will act as a key finance business partner to our Operations function, ensuring that costs are effectively managed while supporting the delivery of strategic business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence decision-making, drive efficiencies and contribute to the continued success of one of Nestlé’s fastest-growing businesses.
As Operations Controller, you will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Total Quality Management and our Customer Relationship Centre, providing financial leadership and insight that supports operational performance and continuous improvement.
You’ll combine strong financial expertise with outstanding stakeholder management skills and a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across functions and using financial insight to drive operational performance.
