Itchy Feet seeks a Finance Officer to join the team on a full-time basis in a busy office setting. You will support accounts payable, credit control, invoicing and financial reporting to help the finance function run smoothly.

You will manage supplier invoices, AR ledger, and invoicing queries, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, while maintaining professional communication and discretion in all financial matters.

Formación

• AAT qualification or equivalent experience in a finance role.
• Experience covering accounts payable, credit control, reporting and invoicing.
• Experience in a professional services or legal firm environment preferred.
• Proficient in finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional and discreet in all communications.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices and set up payments in banking systems.
• Manage credit control and issue statements to clients.
• Oversee client invoicing and the billing process.
• Handle accounts receivable ledger with accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to and resolve invoice queries promptly with professional communication.
