Itchyfeet is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer in the United Kingdom to join our finance team on a full-time basis. You will manage the timely import of fuel and non-fuel invoices into the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate allocations and reconciliations with supplier statements.

The role requires experience with high-volume processing, Excel proficiency, and Sage or NetSuite knowledge. You will support month-end processes and contribute to a efficient finance function while maintaining

Qualificações

• Previous Purchase Ledger experience is preferable, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Demonstrable experience of high-volume processing.
• Proactive in using initiative to resolve queries from internal and external sources, solving problems in a timely manner.

Responsabilidades

• Load/import fuel and non-fuel invoices and credit notes into the Purchase Ledger (Sage 50 or NetSuite).
• Reconcile supplier statements with the ledger on a rolling monthly/quarterly basis.
• Chase supplier invoices and liaise to resolve discrepancies; ensure payments are allocated correctly.
• Conduct monthly payment runs.
• Assist with month-end processes.
• Process expenses per policy and reimburse employees promptly.
• Provide admin support for the finance office; perform ad-hoc tasks as directed.
