Job summary

Itchy Feet seeks a Finance Officer to join the team on a full-time basis in a busy office setting. You will support accounts payable, credit control, invoicing and financial reporting to help the finance function run smoothly.

You will manage supplier invoices, AR ledger, and invoicing queries, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, while maintaining professional communication and discretion in all financial matters.

Qualifications

• AAT qualification or equivalent experience in a finance role.
• Experience covering accounts payable, credit control, reporting and invoicing.
• Experience in a professional services or legal firm environment preferred.
• Proficient in finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Professional and discreet in all communications.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner.

Our client is seeking a Finance Officer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is office-based and will focus on ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function. The Finance Officer will report directly to the Practice Director, contributing significantly to accounts payable, credit control, invoicing, and financial reporting.The successful candidate will be responsible for various essential tasks that form the backbone of the finance department. Key areas of focus include maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, managing supplier invoices, and handling any invoice queries to ensure efficiency in financial operations.
