Itchy Feet in Jersey is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Accounts Officer to join the Finance Team on a permanent basis. This entry-level role focuses on supplier invoices, payments, and maintaining accurate records.

• Receive, review, and process supplier invoices for payment.
• Ensure invoices are matched with purchase orders and delivery notes where applicable.
• Accurately enter invoice and payment details into the accounting system.
• Prepare payment batches to ensure timely supplier payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process employee expenses for payment.
• Maintain organised records for accounts payable activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal records and regulations.
• Participate in training and development activities as part of your learning journey.
• Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures concerning AML regulations.
