Agility is excited to renew its partnership with a UK-based client managing top-selling brands. The family-run company, with over 30 years of history, is expanding and seeks a Finance Manager to join its team.

The Finance Manager will oversee crucial financial processes, supporting cash flow, compliance, and timely business information. Responsibilities include managing the finance team, leading month-end processes, generating ad hoc reports, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, purchase ledger, and cash management.
2. Lead the month-end close process and generate ad hoc reports.
3. Review and enhance systems and processes for efficiency.
4. Manage stock holding and ensure VAT compliance.
5. Liaise and coordinate the year-end audit.
6. Train and develop team members for smooth processes.
7. Contribute to financial strategy decisions.

Requirements:

1. Strong team player with commercial awareness.
2. Proficient in company systems and processes.
3. Experience in forecasting and budgeting.
4. Meticulous attention to detail.
