Job summary

Reactive Markets, a London-based firm, seeks a Finance Manager to own operational finance, drive month-end close, AR/AP, payroll, VAT, and HMRC processes. You will oversee balance sheet accuracy, cash flow, and multi-entity accounting across geographies, working with auditors and external counsel.

You will manage a senior finance team, own the annual audit, and contribute to strategic financial modelling to support growth and funding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with ACA, ACCA or CIMA and strong accounting fundamentals.
• Experience in a small to mid-size finance function, owning month-end and year-end close.
• Proven ability to manage a junior team and multi-entity structures.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close and management accounts preparation.
• Balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, VAT returns.
• Oversee AR/AP, payroll, statutory accounts, and audits.
• Lead multi-entity accounting across parent and subsidiaries.
