Job summary

Holland Mountain is seeking a Management Accountant to own the month-end close across four entities (UK and US) within a hybrid London role. You will manage reconciliations, support cashflow forecasting, and drive process improvements in a high-growth private markets data and advisory firm.

The role requires ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification, strong attention to detail, and experience with Xero or similar cloud-based systems.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/ACA/CIMA
• Strong month-end close ownership experience
• Experience with multi-entity reconciliations and multi-currency accounting
• Proficient with Xero or similar cloud-based finance systems

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process across four entities (UK and US)
• Produce robust balance sheet reconciliations and maintain reporting deadlines
• Support cashflow forecasting and credit control activities
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, credit cards and expense claims
• Support UK and US payroll within Xero payroll and expense modules
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements
• Assist in building financial data rooms for fundraising activities
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Senior Finance Associate
