Job summary

TAG Live® is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day accounting across UK and overseas entities, ensuring robust controls and accurate financial reporting. You will consolidate month-end results, deliver actionable management information, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audits.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, AAT or equivalent, and experience with multi-entity SME environments. The role offers flexible hybrid working, a technology-forward environment, and clear career

Qualifications

• Strong practical accounting experience and AAT qualification or equivalent.
• Experience as Finance Manager or senior accounting role (min 5 years).
• Experience in multi-entity SME environments and month-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day accounting ownership for UK and overseas entities.
• Maintain strong financial controls and accurate reporting.
• Prepare consolidated results and balance sheet at month-end.
• Improve management information with clear insights into performance.
• Strengthen budgeting, forecasting and financial decision-making.
• Identify and deliver process improvements using automation or AI.
• Support annual budget process with consolidated schedules.
• Assist year-end and audit readiness with robust records.
• Manage weekly cash flow forecasts and payroll/process compliance.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
