Job summary

GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Finance Manager based in Malvern. The role is permanent, full-time and hybrid, with ownership of day-to-day finance across UK and EU entities within an international group.

You will lead the full month-end process, produce management accounts, strengthen controls, support statutory reporting, payroll and regulatory submissions, and develop a small finance team.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with recognized professional qualification.
• Experience in finance management or senior finance roles, including month-end ownership.
• Strong balance sheet control, reconciliations and statutory schedules experience.
• Experience handling intercompany transactions within a group or multi-entity structure.
• UK payroll processing experience and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full month-end process and produce high-quality management accounts.
• Strengthen financial controls and support statutory reporting, audit preparation and regulatory submissions.
• Guide and develop a small finance team and collaborate with budget holders and senior stakeholders.
