What You’ll Be Doing:
  • ✔ Managing, mentoring, and developing a small finance team
  • ✔ Overseeing all core accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and month‑end/year‑end processes
  • ✔ Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • ✔ Producing accurate financial reports to support business decision‑making
  • ✔ Partnering with internal departments to provide financial insight and operational support
  • ✔ Enhancing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
  • ✔ Maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative finance environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • 💡 AAT Level 4 qualified or higher (or equivalent experience)
  • 💡 Proven experience managing and developing finance staff
