Internova Travel Group, via Global Travel Collection UK Ltd, is seeking a Finance Onboarding Administrator to support IC onboarding, offboarding and payroll-related queries. You will work with ICs and finance teams across the UK entities to ensure accurate processes and timely responses.

Ideal candidates bring strong numeric skills, Excel and Word proficiency, meticulous attention to detail and a professional, discreet approach.

Qualifications

• Strong numeric abilities and a logical mindset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good administrative skills and organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and offboarding ICs.
• Maintaining Advisor OS for UK ICs.
• Training ICs on Finance systems.
• Training finance staff on new processes.
• Responding promptly to IC commission statements.
• Liaising with ICs to maintain good relationships with the finance team.
• Assisting with ad hoc IC requests.
• Helping implement and test new software or processes.
